Beginnings

Beginnings are sort of scary, aren't they? Starting a new job, buying a house or a car, having children. Of all the beginnings that I have been through, I think getting back into the dating scene has got to be one of the scariest things to do . I have always thought that when God wanted me to get remarried, He would simply have us "bump" into each other and that would be it.

The longer I am single, the harder it is to put myself out there to be "bumped into".

Where do I go and how do I meet "the one for me"? I am here on this site because I heard an interview with Candice on my local radio station and what she said made sense. I need some advice on how to pray and how to put myself out there to be able to meet people.

I look forward to meeting christian women here that can encourage me and guide me.

I love your comments about new beginnings and you're right, it can be scary. Have you bought Candice's book yet? I highly encourage you to do so if you haven't already. I have just a few pages left and it has been incredibly insightful, biblical and practical. I'm looking forward to including you in my prayers and working together as a group to really to determine how best we can truly harness the power of focused unified prayer.
