Pray like a Lion instead of a Mouse

For several weeks I have been praying urgently but somewhat timidly about a matter (not wanting to demand of God for fear that He would give me what I wanted and then I would be really sorry).
Recently, through various forms, particularly Bible study, a devotional called Streams in the Desert, and articles on Boundless, I have been inspired to dare to pray with "holy audacity and Divine confidence."
On the flip side, my faith is becoming stronger that if He chooses not to answer my request according to my desire then He will align my will to His!

Here is a quote from a forward someone sent me. The source was not mentioned.

"A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ that a man should have to seek Him first to find her."

Hi Carol,
Welcome to the site and thanks for being among the charter members! I noticed you're a fan of the Thoene's books. I loved reading those--I felt like I was there in Germany and Israel.
Please feel free to send me any suggestions you have for making WPB a place where women can find lots of encouragement and support. We're in the tweaking phase now so every bit of feedback helps.
Best,
Candice
