About Me:: I am a 22 year-old single,hopeful, Christian female. I believe that I will marry, I believe marriage takes work, and I am determined to do my part.
I love to dance, sing, write poetry, ski, horsebackride, fly kites, laugh, hike. I love my family, even when they're being difficult, and I can't wait for the day I have a rambunctious brood myself. I have made a commitment to purity, and eagerly await the day I can gift my husband with the ring I've worn since I was 16 years old.

Favorite Music:: I love so many kinds of music: classical (especially Chopin),jazz, blues, opera, country, Eastern
I'm not a huge fan of rock, rap, or hiphop, although I appreciate a good beat as much as the next person...it's just so hard to find lyrics that aren't objectionable.
I adore Casting Crowns: I love how they don't pull their punches, Od-school Newsboys, Jars of Clay, MaryMary, Zoegirl, so many.

Favorite Movies:: A Walk to Remember, the A&E (six hour) version of Pride &Prejudice, Jimmy Neutron, Ella Enchanted, Cinderella (I'm a chick flick kind of girl, but I like the ones that allow innocence)

Favorite Books:: Pride and Prejudice, hands down. I've read it about 20 times in the last 10 years. I also love the "Little House on the Prairie" series (I wore the covers right off the first three in my set)

Favorite Authors:: Jane Austen, Nora Roberts, Lord Tennyson, R.W. Emerson, Shakespeare, Stephanie Laurens, Robert Jordan, Mercedes Lackey. I'm a book fiend...I probably read about 400 books a year...so it's hard to pick
